1. Downfeed: There are various ways of downfeed, usually used by several combinations.
  a. Using a shearing machine to cut out the unfolded drawing, i.e. the shape, length and width dimensions of the required sheet metal parts, combined with punching machines and dies to punch holes, cut corners, etc.
  b. Punching down requires short working hours and is highly efficient, using a punching machine to punch the flat part structure into shape after the part has been unfolded on the sheet in steps.
  c. CNC undercutting, where a CNC program is written and the CNC machine is shaped according to the program. In addition there is laser undercutting, that is, the use of laser cutting.
2. Flanging and tapping: Flanging is the extraction of holes, i.e., processing a slightly larger hole in a smaller base hole to increase strength and prevent slipping of teeth, usually used for thin sheet metal processing.
3. Punching processing: Punching processing is done by the corresponding die to complete the operation, such as: punching cutting angle, punching falling material, punching convex package and other processing methods.
4. Press riveting processing: The operation is completed by punching or press riveting machine, such as press riveting stud, press riveting nut, press riveting screw.
5. bending processing: usually by the processing of bending machine and bending die coordination to complete, the flat material into three-dimensional shape.
6. welding processing: welding is the combination of multiple parts together, usually robot welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, etc., according to the needs of the choice.
7. surface treatment: usually used to protect the material from oxidation, the surface of the material coated with a protective film, such as: phosphate film, baking paint, etc..
8. Assembly: combining multiple parts in a certain way to make a finished product.
